Join Premium Plus as a developer and play a key role in building custom solutions that elevate our clients’ Zendesk experience. You’ll design, code, and implement integrations and applications that help businesses optimise customer interactions and workflows on Zendesk.

The key bits
Location
- Remote / Hybrid (based in the EU or UK and with permission to work in the country you are located in)
- We have Premium Plus payrolls in BE, NL, FR, UK. Other countries are Employer of Record ( Remote ) hires.
Flexibility
We have an HQ in Belgium (Sint-Niklaas) as well as some hubs in several European countries.
Salary
Our collaboration should be a fair partnership. We use a data-driven, fair, objective compensation process based on market data, benchmarks, and individual contributions. The market based pay range (MBPR) for this role has been defined as the following:Belgium: €47.000 (lower range) → €59.000 (mid point)If you live in another country, the market based pay range for your country will be calculated and proposed to you after step 5 in the interview process. (see below).

Interview Process
Our interview process is a fun journey to find the perfect fit.
[45 mins] Technical Assessment on your development skills (async) : We want to ensure that all applicants have a fair and equal chance, so we’re using Toggle Hire as a solution to do your technical assessment. This minimises unconscious bias in our hiring process. You will be invited for the assessment after applying via the form below . Successful candidates will be invited to a job interview.
[30 mins] People & Culture Manager Interview: We’ll assess your alignment with our core values and determine if you’re the right fit for our team.
[30 mins] Follow-up interview with our business transformation manager. An open, but critical, conversation about your soft skills and earlier work experience.
[90 mins] Interview with Lead Developer & Head of Operations: We’ll ensure that the available seat is the perfect match for your skills and aspirations. Prepare for this interview conversation by reviewing the interview questions below. The interview addresses the competence expectations for the 11 dimensions of the General Expectation profile you are applying for.

Onboarding
This will be the roadmap for the first 3 months:
1st Month
- Get to know the team and team Shadowing
- Explore our existing development projects on Github
- Study Zendesk developer documentation on all topics
- Learn our internal tools and code libraries
2nd Month
- Start your first Project with a colleague shadowing
- Start additional projects flying solo
- Get Zendesk Admin Certified.
- Get Zendesk AI Certified.
3rd Month
- Knowledge of all recent projects. Cursory knowledge of legacy projects.
- Take ownership of existing projects, improving them as necessary
- Full speed on new projects, taking on responsibilities as a full member of the team
