Salary
Our collaboration should be a fair partnership. We use a data-driven, fair, objective compensation process based on market data, benchmarks, and individual contributions. The market based pay range (MBPR) for this role has been defined as the following:Belgium: €47.000 (lower range) → €59.000 (mid point)If you live in another country, the market based pay range for your country will be calculated and proposed to you after step 5 in the interview process. (see below).

This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote or hybrid. [45 mins] Technical Assessment on your development skills (async) : We want to ensure that all applicants have a fair and equal chance, so we’re using Toggle Hire as a solution to do your technical assessment. This minimises unconscious bias in our hiring process. You will be invited for the assessment after applying via the form below. Successful candidates will be invited to a job interview.
[30 mins] People & Culture Manager Interview: We’ll assess your alignment with our core values and determine if you’re the right fit for our team.
[30 mins] Follow-up interview with our business transformation manager. An open, but critical, conversation about your soft skills and earlier work experience.
[90 mins] Interview with Lead Developer & Head of Operations: We’ll ensure that the available seat is the perfect match for your skills and aspirations. Prepare for this interview conversation by reviewing the interview questions below. The interview addresses the competence expectations for the 11 dimensions of the General Expectation profile you are applying for.
