This Charter guides employees on our approach to transparency as an organisation (aka Open Culture Organisation). It’s important to us to ensure everyone understands and is aligned with our definition of transparency and what it means to Premium Plus. This charter outlines ‘why’ transparency is important to us, ‘what’ it means to us, and ‘how’ and ‘when’ we show and don’t show it.
Any questions on the below can be directed to ThThomas D'Hoe .
Transparency is a part of our values and so of our culture at Premium Plus. It reflects our commitment to honesty, integrity, and accountability, ensuring that our employees, customers, and stakeholders can trust us to operate openly and fairly.
A transparent work environment nurtures trust, innovation, and a sense of shared purpose. It enables us to work more effectively, resolve issues proactively, and build stronger relationships with clients and employees. By embedding transparency into our core operations, we create a workplace where collaboration thrives and everyone can contribute meaningfully.

How And When We Show Transparency
We aim to score a Level 1 or Level 2 of transparency for all the six core pillars by the end of 2026:
Level 1 There is thorough internal documentation for employees, but nothing externally for applicants.
Level 2 There is thorough internal documentation for employees, but also at least some high-level information for applicants.
As of 14 feb 2025 , the leadership team of Premium Plus committed to achieve a Level 1 or Level 2 score for at least four out of the sixpillarsby the end of 2025.
Exceptions to Full Transparency: While we strive for openness, specific limitations exist due to legal and confidentiality obligations, such as:
- Employee and customer personal data protection.- Proprietary business strategies and trade secrets.- Regulatory and compliance requirements.
