As a Solution Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in our sales team by building meaningful relationships with potential clients and aligning our solutions with their unique needs. Your primary mission will be understanding client challenges, scope-tailored consulting projects, and guiding them through our product offerings. You’ll be a trusted advisor who provides expert guidance on licences, implementation services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:Client Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their specific needs, pain points, and objectives. Develop a customised project scope that aligns with their business goals.Relationship Development: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by becoming a strategic partner who they can trust for advice, solutions, and guidance.Solution Guidance: Offer expert solutions to address client requests, concerns, and issues related to licences, implementation services, and other consulting needs.Product Expertise: Cultivate a deep understanding of our services and product portfolio to effectively communicate and match clients’ needs with the best solutions we offer.Sales & Financial Administration: Take ownership of all administrative tasks associated with managing client accounts, including sales documentation and financial records.Lead Generation: Proactively source and pursue new leads to expand your portfolio and grow our Zendesk service footprint in the market.

Get to know the company, our way of work and tools
Get to know our Product Portfolio and ICP
Co-Create strategic account management plan & target account list
2nd Month
Plan your account outreach & book 2–3 meetings per week
Have full knowledge of the Sales tools and processes
Know the Zendesk Product and perform a full live demo
3rd Month
Create first new/upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the target account list
Be operationally autonomous for most of the early-stage sales opportunities
Win your first deal(s)
