The Challenge

Our Challenge: Scaling to Become the #1 Zendesk Global Partner
At Premium Plus, we have big ambitions, we aim to become the #1 preferred Zendesk partner globally. To achieve this, we’re strategically building an Account Executive team with local presence in key markets.
Why? Because businesses don’t just buy technology, they buy expertise, trust, and tailored solutions. And that’s exactly where we come in.
Zendesk is a powerful platform, but selling it is complex. It’s not just about offering licenses, it’s about understanding technical configurations, AI-driven automation, and the evolving landscape of customer experience (CX). Businesses need a partner who doesn’t just sell them software, but who guides them through implementation, optimisation, and long-term success.
Your role as an Account Executive at Premium Plus is to drive new business growth and solidify our position as the go-to Zendesk AI expert.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something big, to shape the future of Zendesk AI sales and help us achieve our ambitious global vision. Rocket

Who we look for

Research shows that men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, but women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point, please still get in touch. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.
To comprehensively understand the role, responsibilities, and expectations, we’ve prepared a detailed Role Description Profile (RDP) (see below Down Arrow ). This document is designed to give you deeper insights into what the role entails and how it fits within our organisation. Reviewing the RDP will prepare you better for what to expect and how to succeed in this position. We believe in  transparency  and want to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
The Role Description Profile consists of two expectations profiles:
Title
People
Part 1: The General Expectations profile
General Expectation Profile (GEP) is a classification system that identifies the level of exposure to technical or managerial complexity expected for a role. It helps to segment every role in an organisation based on a universal framework.
Part 2: The Specific Expectations
Specific Expectations cover the unique goals, tasks, and outcomes specific to the role, detailing what success looks like for this position. They are the personalised, role-specific part of the Role Description Profile that goes beyond the universal GEP framework.
Below you can find the role description profile, please read carefully, it states the expectations of the role you may apply for.

... are looking for someone who embodies the following:
This job likely isn't for you if:
Sparkles You take ownership and find solutions. (Goesting & Expertise)Sales at Premium Plus isn’t about waiting for opportunities to come to you, it’s about creating them. You are resourceful, proactive, and driven to overcome challenges head-on. Instead of seeing roadblocks, you see opportunities to adapt, improve, and push beyond expectations.
Prohibited You prefer selling from behind a desk.A big part of this role is attending events, networking, and building relationships in person. If you’re not comfortable stepping out of the office, engaging with prospects face-to-face, and representing Premium Plus at industry gatherings, this may not be the right opportunity for you.
Brain You listen, understand, and put people first. (Human-Centric & Trustworthiness)Success in this role is built on trust and meaningful connections. You take the time to listen actively, understand customer pain points, and offer thoughtful solutions that genuinely add value. You know that a great sales experience is about helping, not just selling.
Prohibited You’re not comfortable with a fast-moving, evolving environment. We are growing fast, and with that comes constant change and new challenges. If you need strict processes and predictable workflows to feel comfortable, you might find our agile way of working overwhelming.
Fire You bring energy and inspire confidence, beyond the screen. (Goesting & Team Spirit)You’re not just someone who excels behind a desk, you thrive in face-to-face interactions, networking events, and industry gatherings. You bring passion and confidence into the room, making it easy for people to connect with you. Whether it’s hosting an event, attending conferences, or meeting clients in person, you know that relationships are built beyond emails and calls.
Prohibited You’re looking for a transactional sales role.At Premium Plus, sales is about consulting, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships, not just closing deals. If you prefer a high-volume, quick-close approach without deep discovery or strategic engagement, this role won’t be a great match.
Bullseye You simplify the complex and communicate with clarity. (Expertise & Trustworthiness)Zendesk solutions and CX strategies can be complicated, but you have a knack for making things simple. You articulate ideas clearly, ensuring that prospects quickly understand the value of what we offer. Your ability to connect the dots helps clients see the bigger picture and make confident decisions.
Prohibited You work best in isolation and prefer a lone-wolf mentality. At Premium Plus, we win and grow as a team. Sales isn’t just about individual targets, it’s about collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping each other succeed. If you believe that success only comes from competing internally rather than working together, this may not be the right environment for you.
Rocket You are open to learning and always improving. (Expertise & Team Spirit)At Premium Plus, we never settle, we grow, refine, and evolve. You seek out feedback, embrace new challenges, and are always looking for ways to enhance your skills. Whether it's understanding the latest industry trends, building your network at events, or improving your approach, you see every experience as a chance to learn and improve.
Prohibited You have no interest in AI-powered CX solutions. Our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) is heavily focused on Zendesk AI, automation, and intelligent customer experience solutions. If you’re not interested in learning about AI-driven CX strategies and how they can transform customer interactions, you might struggle to engage with our prospects and deliver the right solutions.
Prohibited You’re not eager to continuously learn and improve. Our industry evolves quickly, and staying ahead means deepening your expertise in Zendesk, AI, and CX strategies. If you’re not interested in ongoing learning, training, and adapting to new tools and trends, this role may not be fulfilling for you.

What is it about
Who conduct this?
Screening Interview
20-30 mins
The Screening Interview is a brief, 20/30-minutes conversation intended to see if there is a fundamental match between what you are looking for in your career and what this role needs to achieve. We value your time, so this call helps us both decide quickly if it makes sense to move into the next interview.
The People Team or hiring manager
General Expectations Interview
90 mins
The General Expectations Interview is a 90-minute conversation with your hiring manager, designed to ensure the role is the right fit for your skills and aspirations.
What it covers: This interview evaluates your competencies across 11 dimensions of the General Expectation Profile (GEP) for the role you're applying for. These dimensions account for over 90% of what organisations describe in job descriptions and help us understand how you approach complexity, decision-making, and responsibilities.
Why open-ended questions? We use open-ended questions that demand deeper reflection and demonstration of real competencies, rather than prescriptive questions that invite generic answers. This allows you to showcase your true capabilities.
How to prepare:  Review the interview questions  provided for your role level (#interview Coordinator). The goal is alignment with mutual expectations—ensuring transparency, objectivity, and fairness for both you and Premium Plus.
This interview is designed to serve as a safeguard against making bad hires—for your benefit as much as ours!

Future peers or teammates
Values Interview

What to Expect:
  • Defining Values: We will share our company’s core values and ask for your perspective on them.
  • Real-Life Examples: We’ll ask for stories where you had to make a choice that reflected your professional values, particularly in challenging situations.
  • Cultural Fit: We believe that "A Players" thrive when they are in an environment that rewards their natural instincts.
How to Prepare: Reflect on the environments where you’ve been most successful and the principles that guide your work ethic. Authenticity is key, the best result is a match that feels effortless for both sides.
