People
Part 1: The General Expectations profile
A General Expectation Profile (GEP) is a classification system that identifies the level of exposure to technical or managerial complexity expected for a role. It helps to segment every role in an organisation based on a universal framework.
Specific Expectations cover the unique goals, tasks, and outcomes specific to the role, detailing what success looks like for this position. They are the personalised, role-specific part of the Role Description Profile that goes beyond the universal GEP framework.
Below you can find the role description profile, please read carefully, it states the expectations of the role you may apply for.

Role Description Profile: Zendesk Consultant
We look for individuals whose approach to work aligns with our Values & behaviours. For this role we...
... are looking for someone who embodies the following:
This job likely isn't for you if:
You take ownership and find solutions. (Goesting & Expertise)
Implementation isn’t just about following a script; it’s about solving complex analysis problems. You are resourceful and proactive, choosing the most appropriate solution from learned choices to overcome technical roadblocks. You don't just see a configuration challenge; you see an opportunity to optimise.
You prefer working in a rigid silo.
This role requires coordinating different activities and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. If you prefer to work in isolation without interacting with clients or colleagues, you won't thrive here.
You listen, understand, and put people first. (Human-Centric & Trustworthiness)
Success is built on trust and ensuring customer satisfaction remains a permanent objective. You take the time to listen actively to client pain points and translate them into technical configurations that genuinely add value to their CX strategy
You’re not comfortable with a fast-moving, evolving environment.
We are scaling fast. You must be able to take short-term initiatives and operate efficiently even when rules are only defined in general terms. If you need a predictable, unchanging workflow, this agile environment may feel overwhelming.
You bring energy and inspire confidence. (Goesting & Team Spirit)
You aren't just a technical expert; you are a professional partner. You build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders like Account Executives and Solutions Consultants. Whether in the office or on a client site, you bring the passion and confidence needed to guide teams through change
You’re looking for a transactional "set it and forget it" role.
Consulting at Premium Plus is about long-term success and project healthiness. If you prefer quick, surface-level setups without deep discovery or strategic optimisation, this role won’t be a match.
You simplify the complex and communicate with clarity. (Expertise & Trustworthiness)
Zendesk configurations and AI workflows can be complicated, but you have a knack for making them simple. You provide relevant technical advice and practical reports that help project leaders and clients see the bigger picture.
You have no interest in AI-powered CX solutions.
Our vision is built on being the go-to Zendesk AI expert. You are expected to master and document best practices for AI-driven automation. If you aren't eager to lead the shift toward intelligent CX, you will struggle to meet our goals.
You are open to learning and always improving. (Expertise & Team Spirit)
We never settle. You are driven to master new features and obtain certifications, such as the Zendesk Support Admin Expert. You regularly suggest and implement process changes to refine how we deliver excellence
You aren't eager to continuously learn or coach others.
A key part of outstanding performance is developing others and adopting the newest Zendesk features. If you aren't interested in ongoing training or sharing your technical know-how, you won't reach your full potential here.
What we offer
Salary

If you are applying from a country not listed here, we will determine a fair rate by applying a localization factor based on Numbeo’s Cost of Living Index. Duration
What is it about
Who conduct this?
Screening Interview
20-30 mins
The Screening Interview is a brief, 20/30-minutes conversation intended to see if there is a fundamental match between what you are looking for in your career and what this role needs to achieve. We value your time, so this call helps us both decide quickly if it makes sense to move into the next interview.
The People Team or hiring manager
General Expectations Interview
90 mins
The General Expectations Interview is a 90-minute conversation with your hiring manager, designed to ensure the role is the right fit for your skills and aspirations.
What it covers: This interview evaluates your competencies across 11 dimensions of the General Expectation Profile (GEP) for the role you're applying for. These dimensions account for over 90% of what organisations describe in job descriptions and help us understand how you approach complexity, decision-making, and responsibilities.
Why open-ended questions? We use open-ended questions that demand deeper reflection and demonstration of real competencies, rather than prescriptive questions that invite generic answers. This allows you to showcase your true capabilities.
How to prepare:Review the interview questions provided for your role level (#interview Coordinator). The goal is alignment with mutual expectations—ensuring transparency, objectivity, and fairness for both you and Premium Plus.
This interview is designed to serve as a safeguard against making bad hires—for your benefit as much as ours!
The hiring manager
Focused Interview
45-60 mins
The Focused Interview is a 45–60 minute technical "deep dive" into the specific skills and outcomes required for this role. This session is a surgical look at your expertise in one or two key areas.
We will share in detail how you can prepare for the focused interview at a later stage.
Future peers or teammates
Values Interview
30-45 mins
This 30–45 minute conversation is designed to see if our cultural "DNA" matches yours. We aren't looking for a specific personality type; rather, we want to ensure that our core operating principles align with how you naturally prefer to work.
What to Expect:
Defining Values: We will share our company’s core values and ask for your perspective on them.
Real-Life Examples: We’ll ask for stories where you had to make a choice that reflected your professional values, particularly in challenging situations.
Cultural Fit: We believe that "A Players" thrive when they are in an environment that rewards their natural instincts.
How to Prepare: Reflect on the environments where you’ve been most successful and the principles that guide your work ethic. Authenticity is key, the best result is a match that feels effortless for both sides.

Reference check
-
The Reference Interview is the final step in our process. We don't view this as a formality, but as a way to validate the "A Player" patterns we've seen throughout your interviews.
What to Expect:
We will ask you to personally introduce us to at least three of your former bosses. We prefer speaking with people you reported to directly, as they have the best insight into your performance and growth.
Why we do this:
Our goal is to hear from the people who have seen you in action. We ask them about your strengths, areas where you were coached, and how they would rate your performance on a scale of 1–10.
How to Prepare:
Reach out to your former managers to see if they are willing to have a brief, 10–15 minute professional conversation with us. High-performers usually find their former bosses are their biggest fans!
The hiring manager
Closing
30-45 mins
The Closing Phase is about alignment and commitment. Once we have confirmed you are the right "Who" for the role, our focus shifts to ensuring this is the right career move for you.
What to Expect:
The Offer Conversation: We will present a clear offer that reflects your value and the impact we expect you to make.
Addressing the 5 F’s: We want to ensure the Fit, Family, Freedom, Fortune, and Fun of this role align with your personal and professional goals.
Direct Communication: We will be available to answer any lingering questions and help you navigate the transition from your current role.
Our Commitment:
We don’t just hire employees; we build teams of A Players. Our goal is to ensure that your first day is the start of the most rewarding chapter of your career.
